Directions :
Apply on Clean Brows. Using the brush, gently lift brow hair upwards and slightly to the side for a fluffy brow look. For a more laminated effect, gently press the brow hair down with your finger. Let Dry. Then Apply your favourite eyebrow pencil/ powder/ pomade to fill in your eyebrows.
